Around the time the album came out, I Tweeted to David Crosby asking him if there were any new artists he was enjoying. He replied that he loved Sarah Jarosz. I'm happy he told me.

Listening to the best songs of the year list from the NY Times; so far, this is definitely my top discovery. And she's from Wimberly! My Dad getting a job selling land in Wimberly brought my family to Austin decades ago; the job fell through, but I recall the beauty of Jacob's Well. Seems appropriate, since apparently Sarah Jarosz has found her own deep beautiful pool from which she can effortlessly...aw, crap, this metaphor is a bit convoluted, but, hopefully you get the point. The song...beautiful...deep...and crystal clear.
