200 Watts bridged mono, 20Hz-20kHz, 0.08% THD.
High Instantaneous Current Capability: +/- 60 Amps
Frequency Response: 0.1Hz - 250kHz
I am the second owner. Used to be amplifier to my JBL B380 Subwoofer (bridge mono mode.)
I have not used my Harman Kardon citation 24 for more than 7 years. When energized. It enters protected mode. Last time I used it, everything was normal.
I did research and found that capacity C11 needs to be replaced.
Capacity C11 is a blue color cap. The value is 33uF/10v.
After replace. everything working

This is the mid eighties when HK Citation lost it's edge. The 12' 19' and 16 are the ones to have. These also had the worst binding posts for the speaker wire on the plant!

Just so you know. When you post a video on a repair like this one. Please put more details in it. This is a very common problem with these amps. Basically it is C108 on the main board which is a 33uF/16V Electrolytic capacitor that is leaky. A very simple problem to fix. I also suggest that you replace all the little blue electrolytic caps. They all get old and leaky.

Replace all those small Blue Electrolytic Capacitors by Mitsubishi they tend to leak.

Witch amp you like more, Yamaha or Harman?

I think Yamaha is better. Yamaha B2 is Vfet. somebody said Yamaha B2 is one of best Yamaha amplifier. also somebody like Sony V-fet. I think Sony TAN-8550 maybe better than Yamaha. But I only have sony TAN-5550.
