It's not a slight on you, and I'm not there myself, but it's once you hit upper levels (like high-masters, not just 1600) that you feel the effect of tiers more strongly. It doesn't mean low tiers won't win, they just tend to lack consistency. At least in SF6 the gap is smaller than in previous games
