It is in Sivaganga district, Tamilnadu. kilasevalpatti village is famous for making the Idiyappa kattai, Pallankuli, Dice. This wooden mortar and Pallankuli is exported in worldwide. we met Mr.Palaniappa achari. Mr.Palaniappa achari father works in this field more than 60 years. This shop was established in 1969. My father karuppiah achari is famous for making idiyappam kattai and wooden mortar in kilasevalpatti. After my father i have running this shop successfully. Ural is used to grind and destroy grains such as rice.It can be up to three feet high and made of wood or black stone about one foot in diameter. Pallankuzhi is played on a rectangular board with 2 rows and 7 columns. There are a total of 14 cups (kuzhi in Tamil language) and 146 counters. For the counters in the game, seeds, shells. Players take turns rolling the Dayakattai. When a player rolls a Dayam (0 on one die and 1 on another), he moves one of his pieces one space, rolls again and advances his piece by the number indicated by the dice.
