I like South waterfront you are still close to downtown, while still having a quiet neighborhood. Tilikum bringe was the best addition. It me made walking to east side neighborhood easy.
This will be another area I'll check out in June. I'm planning on relocating to Portland probably in the next couple of years and am checking out different neighborhoods.

I urge you to reconsider. I was a lifelong resident of the NW district and left a year ago. It’s no where to live a respectable life.
