It's needless to say that your journals are all beautiful, well created and decorated. May I suggest a video where you share with your viewers what etsy shops you like, brands you like and use for your ephemera, stickers, and papers etc. And where can one purchase those products. I love the washi tapes you use. Thank you so much for sharing your creativity with us, I love your style.

Q+A: I'd also like to know a bit more about how you make your covers. I know you've done two on how to make covers, one with recycled cardboard and one with an old book, but I'm so curious about how you paint them and switch up stuff on the spine versus the covers. Could you go more in depth about that?
I love your journals! So appreciative of you sharing all these processes you go through. Thank you so much.

Once again amazing job and so inspiring to all of us!! Q&A when did you start making journals, how did you learn the process? Do you have a day job or your etsy store is your full time job? Do you believe it is worth it for someone to start selling their own art on etsy? ❤ I hope you're doing great! Can't wait to see more!

    These are so wonderful!
So great that you have included their special drawings/random things. I kept all those thinking I would use them but didn't get to them and didn't record enough info about them/date them, etc.
Love how you are so creative with all the tuck ins, pockets, belly bands. Working on something similar but haven't quite figured out how to transition from a standard LO to more interactive, making better use of the small space.
This video made me realize some questions I have while doing mine. Went back and re-watched the precious boy video. Wondering what is the best process for doing this to get in the photos, journaling, real life ephemera, and purchased decorations.
Looked like you did just a basic background, added in the photo (but how did you decide to adhere to page or do a tip in?), then put in the journaling. Then maybe some more embellies if room. Do you kind of have an idea ahead of time how much space your journaling will take?
So far I have started with a basic background, added photos directly onto the page, then journaled and will go back later and embellish. But this order doesn't really allow for tip ins, etc.
Hope that made sense and you can answer some part of it:)
    TFS

I actually have some of Johanna's journals, and the quality, workmanship, detail, time, and effort that go into them are actually priceless. They are well worth every penny and more. They are beautiful heirlooms and one-of-a-kind. The value for that is priceless.
