It looks great, I have the Pocher 1/8 Ferrari Testarossa silver convertible and the Porsche 911 black Carrera, I bought them back in the early 1990's from ModelExpo for $300 to $400 each , I was just about to order the Pocher F40 but they ran out of stock, I guess there was a fire at the Pocher factory and the molds were destroyed.
I almost had the 1938 Pocher Rolls Royce also. I was doing some construction for a neighbor and the grandpa of the family wanted to trade some painting work for the Pocher model , but they moved while I was out of town. I should have ordered as many as possible from ModelExpo in Florida back in the 1990's. They had just about every Pocher model including the truck models. Now days they sell mostly wooden ship models. and some 1/25 scale plastic car models.
lovely! but imo this pocher models need more detailing, maybe some paint work to make it more realistic. Some parts look just like a bunch of plastic for me.
Rodri X. Puente me too, needs distributer wires ect also a lot of little mold lines... it is awesome though but I wouldn't buy it. The recent ducati they made is a differant story lol! Hard to build but buetifull in the shelf :)
This is an $800+ 1/8 scale model. How in the world did you get one for only $50? I don't think you have this exact kit. Either that, or the watch salesman who sold it to you for only $50 is a dummy.
I'm a big fan and builder of Pocher kits. This is nicely detailed but the paint is horrible! Since it was built and decaled for you, it the paint can't be polished/rubbed. Sorry, but that's just barely a 5.
When did Pocher ever make modern Ferraris? I always see ugly Bugattis and the same Lamborghinis year after year when I visited the website. Maybe that's why they went bankrupt: no variety. They could have done a Vector, a McLaren F1, a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow, a Land Rover Defender. But year after year, the same ugly Bugattis and Lambos...

its not that horrible ;) It is still my favourite model in my collection, better than all AutoArts I have and I would never sell this F40 ;)
