Q 9. As per my knowledge, correct answer is Viton (o-ring material). PTFE used for wedges and silicon for faces. Please check and correct. Video is informative. Keep it up.

the seal water is used for sealing purpose for slurry duty pumps only.The reason is to increase the life of the seal as slurry will liable to cut the seal hence the seal water pressure is kept at least 1 bar more from the operating pressure.For water duty pumps it may not be mandatory.
