For the situation with Kaido…
He’s probably being forced into keeping his life, knows that the only way that Wano can be free is if it’s taken back by Wano’s people (not being surrendered by his hands), and knew that if his daughter did take his life, she’d be executed as a result unless it’s her fighting alongside Wano’s people.
If she wasn’t the leader, she’d have been seen as rebelling from his tyranny, and been seen as a saving grace to Wano and as a friend instead of a monster because of her blood line.
He’d literally done as much as he could to make it easy for a rebellion to take place (putting figures of savagery and wildness in his positions of power and keeping so many enemies alive.)

We believe that black beard or possibly imu will be the final clash, but the story began with shanks and luffy, I could see Oda doing a mirror finish. It would bring everything full circle. Finally when luffy stands before shanks as a splendid pirate with a crew thats every bit as good as his... DAVY BACK FIGHT FOR THE ONE PIECE! lmao

No, i have a really good theory, shanks asked luffy to give the hat back when he becomes a greater pirate than him, i think one piece will end with luffy getting the one piece, meeting up with shanks (might fight) and gives the hat back.
