Vandana, I love this pickle and I had only once. One of my Kerala friends gave. She went back to Kerala after so many number of years. Ever since I have been looking for this pickle. I couldn’t find. We haveKerala grocery store and they even s.didn’t know it seems. It’s not available here. Love to see that pickle. Tnx for sharing. 🇨🇦🍁🙏💕
You may use it in mashed potatoes, spicy Mexican salads and wherever we require the flavorful yet spicy taste of peppercorns. You can also eat it as is along with hot steamed rice.
No, it wont get spoilt since we are adding enough salt in lukewarm water. The brine will turn dark and a layer might be formed which is absolutely normal and the peppercorns will taste just fine. Hope this was helpful. Keep watching and do visit my channel for more unique recipes.
During the first 7 days the cloudy layer formation will be at its fastest. But nothing to worry remove it before consuming the peppercorns it will not get spoiled.

After 3 month we have to remove pepper corn from the salt water and store in fridge ?
No not required. It can be kept outside in the brine itself provided the ambient temperature is below 28 c.
Wont the water spoil the pickle...?
