I think the main reason that you didn't have a very good time with this game is that you were playing it like a hack 'n' slash instead of a serial killer/slasher movie villain simulator. The game wants you to hide, set bear traps, scare people, spread fear and terror among your soon-to-be victims, pick people off one by one, sabotage stuff so that you can draw bears away from other bears, keep people from escaping or calling the police, etc. Generikb did a good playthrough of this game- I recommend checking it out.

Onto the frozen ready meals. In front of an old lady. I wish I was joking. I was an awful child.
That actually seems like a somewhat fun game. The HUD wasn't that overwhelming and Peter was pretty rubbish at it. By 2010 standards the design doesn't seem that awful, so it's really just the camera, which many games have failed to implement properly, and the optimization.
this game does bring back nostalgia when i used to have the Xbox 360.... until giving it away i did had the squeal of the game on my PS3 until we gave that one away im just pretty sad that this game was criticized alot and the series is just left to rot

naughty bear panic in paradise is a pretty fun game. getting the bears to kill each other and making them kill themselves it a lot of fun. the first one basically has the one map..... panic in paradise has a better costume system and several maps.
