Minuses:
- the keyboard is not level (there is a bulge in places)
- location of the charging port on the right center of the laptop
- holes on the left and right near the power buttons
- BIOS initialization 22 seconds (until the password entry window appears)
Pros:
- screen 17.3 100% srgb 360Hz and price, cooling possible
to Lenovo:
Minuses:

about asthetics, tuf has single zone rgb keyboard and touchpad with clickable buttons while ideapad has 4zone rgb keyboard with fully clickable touchpad
and I don't think you can differentiate between 120hz screen and 144hz screen
refresh rate is the only thing better in tuf
