    This recipe makes 24 biscuits, depending on how big you make them.
    Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
    9 tablespoons of softened butter
    1/3 cup of beer (preferably a light beer, like a pale lager)
    Sugar for dipping. I use a mix of granulated sugar and brown sugar.
    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Grease baking sheet or line with parchment paper
    In a large bowl add the flour. Create a well in the center and add the butter and the beer.. Using your hands, knead together until the dough comes together and forms a ball and doesn't stick to your hands. Pull off small pieces of dough, rolling the in your hands to form a long rope, rolling and twisting them in to shape. Next, roll them in a plate of sugar and place onto a greased tray, baking for 30 minutes. The perfect size will end up being about 24 per batch
