1949 John Deere D first start with correct magneto position.

Magneto was off 90° last start up. Got that sorted out and got it running. Sorry for the quiet audio. Dropped my phone in some oil a couple weeks ago and haven't gotten it fixed yet. Haha
Rebuilt head, honed cylinders, new gaskets, rebuilt starter, generator and foot brake.

The loping rpm makes it sound like a Fairbanks Morse ZC118 on an oilwell pumpjack. The styled D is my favorite of that model.AL B.

Was delivered on rubber. At some point in life it was changed over. It is odd but that's how these old ones are sometimes! They all have a story!
