AntonyMmushi-u6i....2025 is already gone by 2026'this application will be still being dealt with ....so as 2027 ....then 2028 a brand new application will be thrown and that brand new one will last till 20231, and even that one will not be the last....they (applications and Appeals) will come one after the other ....this strategy is working perfectly and NPA is obliged to follow the line of the defense no matter how spurious the application/appeal can be it can take up to 03 yrs and when that ends a"Brand New Shining application" from the box comes...in and NPA must draw papers and oppose it.... Could you listen to what he says, check the research he presents from previous cases by the same coutrs. I find your argument hollow and quite shallow.
There will be another argument based on the same facts in another court. Drum it Zidwe (Adv Masuku SC ) and Mpofu SC drum it guys until it bends....you are not wrong guys carry on even if you repeat same argument 10 times....you are on the right track....6/7/2025

sburger1146....NPA is not failing us by design or lack of diligence or care....the main challenge that they can not overcome is the appeal and appeal and appeal and application and application and application plus leave to appeal and leave to appeal....they can't go around that.....these appeals come from 2018 April....7 yrs is gone now....and other "Brand New Shining applications" are still to come....So there is nothing better that NPA can do other than to allow itself to be dragged left right and centre by its nose...11/2/2025

If this goes to appeal it will be heard around August or September 2025 and ruling be returned March 2026 and leave to Appeal to the Con Court and by Oct 2026 Ccn Court postpones it to March 2027 and is heard July 2027 and decision comes January 2028 and by April 2028 a "BRAND NEW SHINING"! application is brought...till 2031....NPA guys just give up...8/2/2025

Adv D Mpofu SC and Masuku SC guys don't despair carry on waya waya we kno the points you are coming up with them were dismissed by Koen J in toto but this is another Judge it may take a different view so throw everything to him he may be swayed.....in your favor....or this Judge will one day be recused or recuse himself, then when the next Judge (3rd one) comes revive all the points dismissed by Koen polish them "anew" and throw them and NPA has a duty to respond, and it doesn't matter as to how many times should they respond just carry on guys as many times as you can coz the whole process yields the desired result to "Exhaust and frustrate" the NPA to a point of giving up.... exactly what we want .. ....."SESITHEMBELE KININA MADODA" ...niqine (be strong) you are developing the jurisprudence...the one of TIRING the NPA is "BRAND NEW...8/2/2025....

The application for stay of prosecution is warming up along the lines ready to take the field, it has come alive and NPA will be obliged to answer to it and it may take 03 years to finish...it doesn't matter that it (application for permanent stay of prosecution)'had been argued and flogged to death....with Zwide kaLanga (Adv T Masuku SC) and Adv D Mpofu SC we will see it resuscitated and fresh and up and running and NPA comes along an play...11/2/2025
