Great predictions, I'm of the same mind on all of them! I really hop you turn out to be right about the historical fiction (particularly historical romance) being one of those escapist genres readers will be more inclined towards similar to fantasy/romantasy. i'm hearing that many historical fiction/romance authors are facing issues in trad publishing and would hate to see such a rich genre wane. :(
