This made me think about how I want to see a horror movie where the protagonist treats the monster like it were their housemate. The monster creepily touches their hair, and the protagonist takes its hand and moves it to a spot they want scratched. The monster is baffled and slowly becomes less and less hostile. By the end of the movie, when it stares at the protagonist during the night, it's because it's watching them to make sure they're safe and when it wakes them up in the middle of the night, it's because they were having a nightmare.
@@Primeaux100 and you go in expecting a regular horror movie and are surprised instead. that would be a treat! also, i think the monster in this video knows we are procrasting and is popping up to guilt trip us into actually doing the thing we are supposed to be doing.
@@TheSaneHatteri was thinking scarier vibes, like a proper horror movie, just with a twist. but the addams family is one of my favourite childhood movies
Love how there’s actually a show playing in the TV instead of the usual static! You definitely got the visuals correct as it’s pretty similar to Skinamarink! Thank you for making my friday! 💕
I remember commenting on another video of yours 2 years ago because that one reminded me of Skinamarink and I couldn’t be happier with this one ^_^!!!!
I love how the cat is so into the TV show (or into trying to catch whatever's on the screen) that the monster doesn't even faze it. XD And of course, since the cat is not afraid, I am not either. >nods
A Skinamarink-inspired ambiance video from Miracle Forest? Truly a match made in heaven 😊 Going to use this as background noise while reading a horror book I recently started.
Ooh, I absolutely LUV this! And I still fall to sleep with the TV on, with either the volume super low or on mute. This is PERFECT....you nailed it!!!😊❤
Cute little black cat is watching her favorite cartoons on TV late at night while everyone is asleep with the exception of her friend who likes hiding in the dark and doesn't like cartoons but he likes wrestling though have a Good Night Everyone Thank You and have a nice weekend.🏡🐈⬛📺👹🏡
As much as I love your work, I can't listen to this one. Skinamarink was a brilliant film in that it exactly captured my own childhood insomnia and the terrors of seeing things in the dark that weren't there. It scared me so bad. But you did a great job in capturing that feel, and I salute you for it!

The cat seems to be happy that the TV was left on.

At 1 or 2 am this is me and my cat
My tea is barely taking effect and I should turn on a table lamp and light blessed candles to at least give a false sense of security.
Saw the alien!
I was so distracted by the tv and how real the cat looks I almost didn’t the Spector in the corner 😂💀
❤
Wow, this one is a bit creepy... (may be the blue tones, the statics or the monster?) but still enjoyable.
