Were you able to find blank cards on alibaba? Or a bundle that’s blank that you can customize fully? I’m trying to create my own affirmation cards as well with a nice box to put them in.
This video was amazing, i have one question though, did you file for a patent protection before manufacturing to avoid filing errors into your patent or did you straight up manufacture your product first?
At what point did you have to provide your design? And did they let you know what file type and size they needed? I don't have a design background so I'm not super familiar with the more technical aspects of production but I'm looking to get some journals produced.
You're explanations are very thorough and easy to follow. I'm creating a product that has to do with a plastic cart holder for knives pots and pans. Can you give me suggestions where to go to find manufacturers or at least point me in the right direction? And what does it cost for an average prototype. I figured this was sell for about $20. I don't want to spend thousands of dollars in bulk, I'm afraid I'm going to be taking advantage of! 🙂

I've read that failing to trademark can lead to factories copying products, but I'm not sure if this is true. Also, I'm interested in printing a planner. Another question, how long did it take from design to start selling the product. Do you have any recommendations for selecting a printing company?

It sure is helpful, but no you don't have to register as a business before contacting a manufacturer - registration really matters when you're ready to sell the product to consumers or beginning to build your storefront on a website and so on.

I found mine on a Facebook group! Just search “freight forwarder” on fb or google and try to narrow down some companies :)
