July of 2021, I had covid....and with other medical complications, I should not have survived it.....I was out of work 2-1/2 weeks, and most of that time was in bed 18 hrs a day....with a lot of prayer, and God's miracle, I pulled thru and feel healthier than before covid.....THE reason I am placing this comment here, is that for 2 weeks I had this song playing almost constantly in the background, and it was such a comfort to hear these wonderful lyrics along with the relaxing music and beautiful voices. THIS SONG IS A MASSIVE BLESSING TO ME AND WAS A CONSTANT MASSIVE BLESSING TO ME AS DEATH WAS AT MY DOOR.
Aww Tommy, that is so humbling to read. Praise God for His healing touch, and for allowing us to be a part of helping to bring God's comfort during that time.
For now I will listen to fine voices of these lovely ladies. But one day we will hear the angels sing. All angels are men but not all men are angels. 😄
These kinda song can only be understand lyrics by lyrics by those who really and truly serve the Lord Jesus Christ through thick and thin. I just wanna tell you this guys, if your not yet fully surrendered to the Lord please do cause the very happiest life ever is serving the Lord. Thanks for these kind of glorious songs for God. Well .... I do love an accompanist who can provide beautiful background vocals, so I've manage to score a few of those. The majority of music I do involves these dear ones. The beauty of having a bed of harmony is something I don't take for granted. You'll still get plenty of solos to choose from though. (smiles)
