you have well explained that a certain parameter when negative, the reaction increases the entropy of the universe. however, you did not explain why the parameter is called gibbs free energy.
If the reaction is exergonic, it is sponaneous. Is it also Favorable? Likewise, if the reaction is endergonic, it is non spontaneous. Is it Unfavorable? Am I correct?
