I eventually had to blow the fire out after it burned for a minute, or else it would have kept burning my wires (the fire was climbing up the rubber coating the wires). It was INSANE. The rubber didn't melt. It BURNED. It was INSANE!

Damn there were some good ones in there like the Nokias at 1:41, 6:00, 11:48 and 14:12 or those really good LG tv speakers at 9:49 and 6:31 and those at 6:11 are what look like some nice Sipe speakers but oh well, too late now 😢
Yes that's true, some were good ones even tho they were a bit damaged, I have kept some good ones that had no damages... However, it's much more fun to blow them🤣

For some reason my amp doesn't go into protect mode, so it pushes itself to the limits... that means that even if there is a short circuit (just like 7:37), the voltmeter will display "LO" which means under 9.5V but the speaker will still keep playing 😂

0:50 , 2:15 and 12:55 can you please tell me the brands/models of these well-built heroes? They would be great for DIY audio stuffs like active subwoofers or bookshelf speakers. Tbh the last one was the best. Incredible power handling = huge potential, especially for a sealed box. If it can handle this extreme overdrive then it would handle less overdrive with a long lifetime. And it would produce some serious bass of course...
I got no idea of the first one sadly, it was taken out of a car though. I got the second one from a chinese store, i think the brand of the speaker was 'pcinener', bad copy of pioneer 😅. The second one was from a sony sound cinema! Every sony speaker I have blown is really strong and durable... I think a sony sub or speaker would be perfect for what you want to build!
