Based on the information you provided in this video, I was curious and checked Zillow and am fairly certain I found the house you were talking about and by default, the address. I am in Australia and pose no risk to you but other people on the internet might have ill intentions and I would hate for them to find you in your forever home. The thing is, is that it's already incredibly easy to find someone's address online. Especially if they're an influencer of any kind. Sometimes all you need is literally just their name. And we already know she lives in Richmond, Kentucky. So uh, it's pretty easy to find someone when they're online like Alexandria is. Micarah Tewers is an example. She's basically stopped trying to hide her address, or anything really, because people were still finding it online no matter what she did. So she buckled down on security and has measures set in place to keep her residence and herself safe. That's all she really can do. Especially because her name is unique. It's pretty easy to access that here in America, at least. Only so many Alexandria's probably live in Richmond, Kentucky. If someone wants to find her, they're gonna do it, Zillow ad or not. I don't think a lot of people realize this. Honestly, all most influencers and people online can do is have good security measures in place. The internet, while great in some respects, is a vast sea of knowledge that makes finding people incredibly easy.

In my area Zillow always over estimates the houses and property and they never sell for anywhere near the Zestimate price. So I won’t be surprised if they end up selling closer to 380-400. Glad you guys didn’t rush into it!

Exactly, the house won't appraise for what they want. Finding a buyer won't help unless they are willing to front the difference in cash. Not gonna happen with interest rates this high!
We are the same age... and my husband and I bought our home last year after searching and making multiple offers on homes for 3.5 years before we finally got ours that we have now.. I had COUNTLESS realtors flat out tell me "oh, sorry... I don't really deal with younger clients".. like... what? How is my money any different than someone that is 20 years older than me? And soooo many homeowners and realtors tried screwing us over.. Its so frustrating and I totally understand where you're coming from. My husband and I both have excellent credit scores and make good money so that was never an issue.. its annoying that people see a mid/late 20s something couple and automatically think "um, no".
I can tell u why. Younger people tend to be fairly impulsive and undecided. Which means they will hav to show more houses with less certainty. And they are more liikley to pull out of a deal right before close to go elsewhere hence the undecidness. Its a way greater risk for them. Im not sayin you r like that at all just lettin u know why is all.

Its not just you, i don't like summertime either, i would hide underground for the entirety of it if I could, but I can't because fall and harvest time just aren't the same if i don't plants and tend gardens throughout the summer
We were supposed to settle on our new house tomorrow, but the sellers haven’t fixed the two items they agreed to fix, (a cracked window and a hand rail on the back steps) in the 30 days since we got our ratified contract. So I am with you on the housing frustration. We now have to scramble to keep in our rental for extra time, or we have to stay in a hotel and put our dogs in a kennel till we do settle. It’s become a nightmare. It really sounds like they were trying to rush you into overspending , because they knew they wouldn’t get as much for it when they put it on the open market. You really dodged a bullet by saying no and walking away from that one.
The eyes look SUPER fun, but that yeah, that liquid lip didn't work with it. Also, it's sooo shady that they were trying to get you to buy the house for that price before going to market...at that price! I can't wait to hear what happens with a lowball offer. Girl! This is what my husband and I have been dealing with for 2 years. People are asking $40k-$60k OVER what their homes are even worth. The last house we looked at was bought in 2019 for $166k and they are now asking $299k for it. No joke. It’s scamming people out of their money. ESP families like us that are military and have no choice but to buy houses at these prices because base housing is full. Lucky for us we have family in the area and build on their land. We were right there with you. People asking entirely too much for their home. Most saying it's because they put "work" into the home. A little cheap small shower in a dingy basement does not equal $150k more for your home. Good luck building your new home! ❤
Military areas are wild. I just bought a house in the Fort Bragg area and I paid 60k more than it was worth two years ago. Houses here aren’t going over asking, but they are not going below either. I know the fed raised interest rates to force the prices of homes down, but it did not work. The home market doubled down and are just selling houses for more than they’re worth with ridiculously high interest rates.
You definitely have a different market. In California, the list price is basically a starting price, and most houses are still going for 10-20% above List in our area.
I'm with your husband. Put in an offer lol. As annoyed as you are by it, it's a good thing you stood your ground and didn't give in to the pressure to buy it before

I love some good tea 😂 and enjoy all the house updates. Do you ever check your county property tax website? I believe (I think) you can find what the property is assessed at because of taxes paid, and also get a good idea of what it’s worth there as well.
The house has to appraise for what you offer...and they take in, what other houses are going for. They can ask for what they want, but the house needs to actually be worth that amount. Or someone can bring cash to pay the difference, but why would anyone do that?! I'd put an offer in and see what they say. Im curious to see what it sells for now. The house saga continues! 😊

They were gaming you. Plus, he was counting on you being a younger home buyer. I have found that some, but not all, agents lie like a bad rug. Go in low, and I bet the agent will tell you someone is looking at the house to get you to rush. I was friends with a nice and honest agent. I learned a few of the tricks.
You should absolutely put a lowball offer in on the house Alex! We just paid $70000 less for the house we are buying in Kentucky. Sellers are getting desperate. Moving from Canada to Kentucky in spring super nervous btw lol
There is a house down the road from us, it sold for 415k in 2017. They added a 4 foot chain fence, that is all. In 2021, they were asking 850k with the estimated values being around 500 to top end 650k. Even with the crazy market it didn't sell😅.
I really like this format for the video. The eyeliner looks really nice, like it could work just with the mascara. About the house, I'm hooked to the story now. It would be fun to see how they respond to a really low (or better to say a realistic) offer...

That is exactly what I was expecting from these sellers. If you do still want that house, it might be a good idea for you to throw in a lowball offer. If they want a fast sale or need money right now, they may not be able to wait it out to have it listed for a few months or more. They might actually have to accept your offer

Don't trust the realtors or sellers, don't go by emotions and always have at least 2 good inspections. Trust me from lessons learned lol and I love talking videos ❤ also I like the eyeshadow!
I've bought a lot of houses all over the country. There's always games being played. I hired a cutthroat realtor last year, and it was the best home buying experience ever.

Man, I wish the housing market where I lived was like that. Any decent home in my area is going 10s of thousands of dollars OVER asking. We kept offering 30k over on homes and losing to offers 50k+ over asking. We ended up getting lucky and found a great house that was listed way under our budget, so we were able to offer 56k over and still come in way under budget. And before anyone comes for me, yes I know I’m incredibly fortunate in this economy. My husband and I work our asses off for what we have. We don’t live extravagantly. “Just” a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 1,600 square foot family home. All that being said, every time I watch your house update, I feel for you. It’s the most exhausting and frustrating feeling to keep house hunting and it going nowhere. I had to keep telling myself that the right house would come along, even though it felt like it never would!

I looked at that house and it is beautiful! The bathrooms are amazing but there are many rooms that need an update. The housing market has been absolutely ridiculous in Richmond and Berea (at least for me) and I’m hoping it chills out soon.
I feel like a huge problem with this box is the lack of cohesion with the products, even combining the stuff from previous boxes you couldn’t make a single look that makes sense 😂. I understand making these boxes can’t be easy but there could be more thought going into them, instead of just assuming people will have their own arsenal of extra stuff to make a look that goes with the specific stuff they are sending… not sure if that makes sense 😂
@@alicalavera or even a glittery/shimmery clear gloss… that would have made it perfect as the green/blue purple do all go together well if u do it right (which she did do it well)… Ie transition… use a light green then add a lightish blue to deepen the corner n crease a lil… Then for the lid… she could use the shimmer green she used on the outer n inner corners of the lid then use a blue in the centre n add the other shimmer blue pigment that was in the pot on top of the blue in the centre wit the purple liner (she could of also did some kind of liner art in the crease like u see others do wit the purple liner)… xxx

I hope whatever the other opportunity is, it works out! This house is not the one! I imagine you keeping your grandmas house, but moving your filming studio off site. A home is a blessing, and all these other houses and the house hunt in general feels cursed! Take it as a sign! Gather your stacks of subscription boxes and move the recording room over to a studio and turn your house into your dream home.

Once the home sells, it will have to have an appraisal before they close. If the sales price was higher then the appraisal, adjustments will have to be made before a bank will finalize the closing. They will have to lower their price, so either their Realtor sucks, or the sellers are not listening to him. If the house is priced to high they are just wasting everyone’s time. (This is how things work in MN and AZ.)
On the house subject. A family member did something similar to me. My moms second cousin, who is also her next door neighbor was selling her home. The land this house is on has been part of a family farm that was purchased in the late 1800s and a lot of my family live on the property. Anywho my cousin wanted to sell her house but really wanted to keep it in the family so she asked me and my fiancé (who are house hunting) if we wanted to purchase. She said she wasn’t looking to make a big profit off of family but really wanted to keep it in family hands. Anyway she said she would need to talk to her realtor friend to get an idea of what would be a fair price for us to buy it from her. Unfortunately the price she gave was just out of the questions for us. Fast Foward two weeks later…she puts the house on the market for TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS less than what she was asking my fiancé and I for. So yeah I can definitely commiserate with you there.

I love some good tea 😂 and enjoy all the house updates. Do you ever check your county property tax website? I believe (I think) you can find what the property is assessed at because of taxes paid, and also get a good idea of what it’s worth there as well.

The house has to appraise for what you offer...and they take in, what other houses are going for. They can ask for what they want, but the house needs to actually be worth that amount. Or someone can bring cash to pay the difference, but why would anyone do that?! I'd put an offer in and see what they say. Im curious to see what it sells for now. The house saga continues! 😊

They were gaming you. Plus, he was counting on you being a younger home buyer. I have found that some, but not all, agents lie like a bad rug. Go in low, and I bet the agent will tell you someone is looking at the house to get you to rush. I was friends with a nice and honest agent. I learned a few of the tricks.

You should absolutely put a lowball offer in on the house Alex! We just paid $70000 less for the house we are buying in Kentucky. Sellers are getting desperate. Moving from Canada to Kentucky in spring super nervous btw lol
There is a house down the road from us, it sold for 415k in 2017. They added a 4 foot chain fence, that is all. In 2021, they were asking 850k with the estimated values being around 500 to top end 650k. Even with the crazy market it didn't sell😅.
The makeup actually reminds me a lot of Ariel all together. I think it helps that the lipstick was kind of metallic too

That is exactly what I was expecting from these sellers. If you do still want that house, it might be a good idea for you to throw in a lowball offer. If they want a fast sale or need money right now, they may not be able to wait it out to have it listed for a few months or more. They might actually have to accept your offer

Don't trust the realtors or sellers, don't go by emotions and always have at least 2 good inspections. Trust me from lessons learned lol and I love talking videos ❤ also I like the eyeshadow!
I've bought a lot of houses all over the country. There's always games being played. I hired a cutthroat realtor last year, and it was the best home buying experience ever.
Mosquitoes love me too. But the worst was the time I got bitten by sandflies! All on my face and I woke up looking like someone had beaten me.

Man, I wish the housing market where I lived was like that. Any decent home in my area is going 10s of thousands of dollars OVER asking. We kept offering 30k over on homes and losing to offers 50k+ over asking. We ended up getting lucky and found a great house that was listed way under our budget, so we were able to offer 56k over and still come in way under budget.
And before anyone comes for me, yes I know I’m incredibly fortunate in this economy. My husband and I work our asses off for what we have. We don’t live extravagantly. “Just” a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 1,600 square foot family home.
All that being said, every time I watch your house update, I feel for you. It’s the most exhausting and frustrating feeling to keep house hunting and it going nowhere. I had to keep telling myself that the right house would come along, even though it felt like it never would!
mix tea tree oil in water and put in a spray bottle. To keep off your face spray your hair. You can also use peppermint oil. I struggle with mosquitoes loving me too!

That shower shows how important it is to consider how stone patterns work together. Talk about a swirling void to nowhere. And the front walk is a crumbling mess.

I couldn’t stop staring at them. The lipstick definitely did not go with the eye makeup but with a different look it would look amazing. I looked at that house and it is beautiful! The bathrooms are amazing but there are many rooms that need an update. The housing market has been absolutely ridiculous in Richmond and Berea (at least for me) and I’m hoping it chills out soon.
I feel like a huge problem with this box is the lack of cohesion with the products, even combining the stuff from previous boxes you couldn’t make a single look that makes sense 😂. I understand making these boxes can’t be easy but there could be more thought going into them, instead of just assuming people will have their own arsenal of extra stuff to make a look that goes with the specific stuff they are sending… not sure if that makes sense 😂
Even if they had put in a nude lip product it would have tied up a lot better than it did wit the red xxx

Ie transition… use a light green then add a lightish blue to deepen the corner n crease a lil… Then for the lid… she could use the shimmer green she used on the outer n inner corners of the lid then use a blue in the centre n add the other shimmer blue pigment that was in the pot on top of the blue in the centre wit the purple liner (she could of also did some kind of liner art in the crease like u see others do wit the purple liner)… xxx

I hope whatever the other opportunity is, it works out! This house is not the one! I imagine you keeping your grandmas house, but moving your filming studio off site. A home is a blessing, and all these other houses and the house hunt in general feels cursed! Take it as a sign! Gather your stacks of subscription boxes and move the recording room over to a studio and turn your house into your dream home.

Once the home sells, it will have to have an appraisal before they close. If the sales price was higher then the appraisal, adjustments will have to be made before a bank will finalize the closing. They will have to lower their price, so either their Realtor sucks, or the sellers are not listening to him. If the house is priced to high they are just wasting everyone’s time. (This is how things work in MN and AZ.)
On the house subject. A family member did something similar to me. My moms second cousin, who is also her next door neighbor was selling her home. The land this house is on has been part of a family farm that was purchased in the late 1800s and a lot of my family live on the property.
Anywho my cousin wanted to sell her house but really wanted to keep it in the family so she asked me and my fiancé (who are house hunting) if we wanted to purchase. She said she wasn’t looking to make a big profit off of family but really wanted to keep it in family hands. Anyway she said she would need to talk to her realtor friend to get an idea of what would be a fair price for us to buy it from her. Unfortunately the price she gave was just out of the questions for us.
Fast Foward two weeks later…she puts the house on the market for TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS less than what she was asking my fiancé and I for. So yeah I can definitely commiserate with you there.
