I pitched down Neru's voice to make her voice like Miku. No one made Miku sing gocha gocha uruse so I made one.

Guys, it isn't "fake". NERU'S VOICE IS MIKU'S. It's just pitched higher. Neru does not have a voicebank.

People USUALLY use lower Rin or higher Miku to make her voice, depending on how they like it.
None of the vocaloids are anime characters, and yet they do have a personality. Neru is classified as "tsundere," and I wouldn't call that having no personality.

Yes, she's a completely different Vocaloid. Such a popular fanmade she was adopted to be real along with Tako Luka and Hachune Miku and Yowane Haku and a few more.

That's not fair to say. People give Neru her voice through Miku. She isn't going to get her own voice, ever, so that's why people use Miku. There are pitched down, or up (?) versions of songs, which is when I'm like, "That isn't Neru's voice, that's just Miku edited." But when people actually make an original Neru cover, like Stop Nagging Me, then I consider it her voice. It's only fair, isn't it?

And Neru's voice in the song "Gocha Gocha Uruse" is actually Miku's Voicebank modified to fit the Fanloid's image. Though sometimes Vocaloid Producers use Rin's Voicebank and modify it to fit Neru's image. :)

Neru is the original singer for Gocha Gocha Urusee. They used Vocaloid02 Singer Editor on Miku's voice and made the song. This person took that song and down pitched it to make miku. THEY EVEN SAY IT IN THE DESCRIPTION.

What makes a vocaloid a vocaloid is they have to be officially licensed and made by a company that is connected to the Vocaloid software. You probably know THIS, but Neru on the other hand is a FANLOID. A fanloid is a fan-made Vocaloid that is not officially licensed nor has a voice their voice is based off of vocaloids that already exists. They either pitched the vocaloids voice higher or lower.

Guys, Neru doesn't have a voice bank, it's Miku's voice pitched up. And Kagamine Rin does have a voice bank, it is just almost the same as Neru's

I dunno why people argue over this stuff, Neru was simply a "joke", by that I mean she was made as a prank to make people think that she was a real Vocaloid. Essentially you /could/ call her a vocaloid but she's kind of more of an UTAUloid, yeah?
What makes something an official Vocaloid is having an expensive original voicebank that runs on the Vocaloid software--Which NONE of the characters you mentioned do. They're all pitch changes and/or redesigns of ACTUAL Vocaloids. The "Neru" used for the original of this was just an even higher pitch Miku with a little bit of tweaking which is why pitching down makes it Miku.
Yes finally someone has a brain in these comment sections even though this was 10 years ago and you're probably still not online but still what makes her Vocaloid a vocaloid is they were made and licensed by an official company that knows how to do this and is connected with the software but Fanloid's on the other hand are not officially licensed and don't have official voices or voice Banks.
In Japanese, Miku is considered green. You can see this evidence in Akuno-P's song, Servant of Evil, where Miku is referenced to as being green.

No, Miku came out before GUMI was even a THOUGHT in the mind of the studio that made her. Miku was the first Vocaloid2 product--Gumi was one of the last. But, technically, Miku isn't even green.

@O2VocaloidTouhou27 Neru isnt an official voice, Vocaloid program coems with a "singer editor" used to change the settings, the "pitch" you hear is the change of Gender Factor, but you can change A LOT with singer editor. Even how much breath is taken on each vocal. So neru is an intense edit of Miku, and in soem cases they use Rin ACT 2 voicebank for it, like in the song "Honey Honey".
Please stop fighting over what color Miku is. Certain shades of blue are concidered green in Japan so "technically" speaking, Miku IS green.
Plus, Gakupo is purple, and Neru is a gold-ish yellowish blend. And Haku is silver :3
I'm not sure if you've noticed, but this is WAAAY too low for Miku- I'm just saying that this voice would match Neru a lot better than the squeaky high one that's on her video. (Depending on people's opinion's of course .w.)

-Yeah, is just a blond Miku: can't you see? (same design, but without voice)
-Is not a "pitched Miku or Rin", officially is voiceless, everyone can use any voice for a voicless character.
-Who cares about her personality?: because she is not an anime character, she is not part of any plot or story. And real Vocaloids doesn't have set personalities.
-"Being adopted"?, her existance was recognized by Crypton, thats all, and for a game by Sega.

"Green is the enemy" is from the song Kagamine Revolution so for some reason the creators said Miku is green and Rin and Len are Yellow.
Is not "way too low" to can't recognize Mik's voice, sounds like Miku 100%, because this is even "Miku's version".
And you just think like Miku's voice would "match" neru, who is just a blond Miku, this is Miku's voice and is obviously for Miku's design.
Just because someone invented a fanmade voiceless Vocaloid doesn't means that the pitched voice of a real Vocaloid should be taken for a "fake vocaloid".
There are many songs with pitched Luka,Meiko or Kaito,and they are still themselves. ;)
While I do hate pitch changes, I have to admit this one actually sounds OK. When it's Miku to Haku it's bad, but Neru to Miku isn't actually too bad.
