Sora PC need a better upgrade. I thought it was the server like last year. But everyone else is ok. So it seems that the problem for the lag is her PC spec.
Its actually a command in Minecraft where you can generate the heads of the players. So the designs of these head depends on the players you have in the server. Can only be done by staff-san though.
Player head... Normally just Steve head when in single player creative, but in servers, admin can have player heads of whoever use the server and give it if they wanted to.. Pekora specifically asked for those for the lols of this event, and it friggin worked
Iirc it can be ANY minecraft user's head, not necessarily the players on a server. You can also get them in single player, some map maker also put their heads on the map and it's there when you play it
