wow. looks botish but i guess you can explain this with muscle memory. he practised this shot a lot is my guess. action is always the same if timed right. from leaving the tele where you center is always the same it is possible to memorize the exact rotation with muscle memory. but of course it is very difficult and will not work everytime.
