The way I've always assumed items in the shop work is that they roll the rarity first, then select the item, then if the item is present in your inventory at a lower tier will downgrade it to match yours. That's why diamond-only items are so rare. If it rolls the item before the rarity, you'd start seeing more diamond-only items as soon as it's possible to get them, rather than later when the odds are higher.
Yeah, at around 29 he has 18 burn, and crits twice. If burn tripled it would be about 108 burn, but it was only 64, so the burn doubled, but not triple.
@simonappel2599 the burn does do double application on crit, no one argues with that, the point in the video was that someone told Kripp that cutlass does triple fire application, same as with damage. It doesn't
Wouldnt then the rocket launcher be the best then. Triple shot, double base damamge when enemy burns. It is slpwer at 6s, but should just be a hetter cutlass at scaling and can be enchanted too
33:49 incendiary rounds was definitely better than snappers. You're struggling to get reload on haste potion and it does similar damage to snappers regardless.

I've been noticing that not finding upgrades in shops after a certain point too
I also noticed that the most recent update feels like upgrades are near impossible to find post day 5.

You get your money back and the items themselves are better than level up loot items
