I'm a US Citizen but by boyfriend of 4 years and husband for almost 1 year was brought here as a child from Sinaloa Mexico when he was 3 years old. He is amazing and wants nothing more to be successful in this country but cannot because of "legal status." It kills me watching him struggle and get set back just because of this.. I will be starting the process of adjusting his status, Thank God, but I am personally saddened by all of these hate comments towards you Birdy and just any undocumented person that were brought here as a child. I want to believe it's just that they don't understand at all and not that they want to be hateful towards you but It is so frustrating seeing all of the hate comments... My mom always used to tell me “God will NEVER give you more than you can handle”. And to this day she tells me that. Two years ago I faced my biggest life battle and all I could hear was My mommas voice telling me God has a plan for you and you can handle this. And I’m happy to say I made it, and so have you. So proud of you Yasmin, God works everything out for those who love him. One of my favorite scriptures is Jeremiah 29:11. “For I know the plans I have for you”, declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, Plans to give you hope and a future.” God’s plan is always the BEST plan.

I am sobbing right now! I am currently in the same situation I haven’t been in Mexico since I was a kid that was years. I feel like I don’t belong anywhere. And I just want to go back home! Immigration is so sad! All we wanted to do is make things right! But I also seek god and I know that god is great he loves us and there isn’t anything that he does without a purpose. I am alone with my two girls in a place we do not know and my little one is struggling so much with all this change. Happy 5th anniversary💕 I’ve been going through this immigration process as well but the difference is my husband is here in the US with me and our son, yes illegally but that’s just how it happened and I’m thankful for it because I cannot imagine living without him. 3 years later we are finally going to Ecuador for his interview. It’s a long process and very stressful to go through but it’s almost over

My situation is a bit different but in a way relates to yours. My parents were taken from me at 19 and forced to go back to Mexico ... I chose to stay in the US by myself because at the time I had just gotten approved for DACA. It was so hard and I would cry and stress out all the time. I had to grow up over night. I was literally a 19 yr old not knowing what she was doing I was just thrown into the real world over night ...Definitely one of the hardest things my family and I have been through. I have not yet been able to see them since then 💔 it's been 6 yrs ... but I hope to see them soon.
I support dreamers AND their parents!!! If bringing your kids here illegally was “wrong”, then it was the best decision they could’ve made in their kids’ best interest. THEY are the original dreamers. We need the Dream Act to pass, but even more we need immigration reform! ❤️🙏🏻

I needed to see someone else say the feelings i currently have and been having for a year and a half! I moved to a diff place away from my fam, with no one feeling “alone, scared, afraid, mentally sabotaging myself with noises and thinking something is up, missing my dad and my mom’s cuidados, my silly annoying brother...you name it! I cried, my heart jst aches for anyone feeling like this, I am sorry that you went through it, that I am going through it, for anyone who does nothing to deserve being mentally, emotionally and physically challenged. 💗

Before you even said you want to first of all be a mother, I thought to myself wow she would be an amazing mom! you have such strength and resilience, that you would just raise incredible kids. It's amazing to see you so happy now on your vlogs knowing you had such a difficult start, but it only makes me happy for you to see you now have your home sweet home and get to be around your family. I got deported 7 years ago.Lived in Texas since I was 3 and a half years old, it is hard af to live in Mexico. They gave me a 10 ban from the U.S after that I can apply for a pardon and if I get it I can go for my papers. Mexico is not the same to come visit as to if you live here, and you are soooo right the news will never say all the truth.....May god bless you❤

I receny started watching your videos about mid 2018, and ive started following you more about november and i didnt really know your story, but with this video it cleared it out.. you are such and insipiration. You make me want to keep working harder to get to where i want to be. Im 21 years old, married, with a 2 year old daughter, i live in san fernando ca. I married my husband in gto mexico and we as well are going through immigration processing still 3 yeara later, we are out and about selling food to make a livinf, he is a carnicero and we work de nuestra propia cuenta. Everytime i watch your videos i get so tempted to start a youtube channel but i also get diacouraged because im not too too into make up, but i love to cook but also i dont have any tools to start it. I have an android and i have no experience in editing or any of that but i alwaya get so inspired by you. I know exactly how you feel! I also went thru the same situations from 2012 to 2013 i went to Michoacan a i stayed with my husbands family for 6 months and i love that they help me and made me feel welcome but i didn’t wanted to be there because i felt so far way from my family and husband so i moved to Ensenada and i rented an apartment and i was leaving by myself and my anxiety was horrible i cried every night and just thinking about it makes me cry. Now i am really great full with god because even thought i went thru all that now thanks to him i am with my family and i became a US citizen. Thank you for sharing your story! 💕💕🇲🇽🇺🇸

I'm a US Citizen but by boyfriend of 4 years and husband for almost 1 year was brought here as a child from Sinaloa Mexico when he was 3 years old. He is amazing and wants nothing more to be successful in this country but cannot because of "legal status." It kills me watching him struggle and get set back just because of this.. Two years ago I faced my biggest life battle and all I could hear was My mommas voice telling me God has a plan for you and you can handle this. And I’m happy to say I made it, and so have you. I am sobbing right now! I am currently in the same situation I haven’t been in Mexico since I was a kid that was years. I feel like I don’t belong anywhere. And I just want to go back home! Immigration is so sad! All we wanted to do is make things right! But I also seek god and I know that god is great he loves us and there isn’t anything that he does without a purpose. Happy 5th anniversary💕 I’ve been going through this immigration process as well but the difference is my husband is here in the US with me and our son, yes illegally but that’s just how it happened and I’m thankful for it because I cannot imagine living without him. 3 years later we are finally going to Ecuador for his interview. It’s a long process and very stressful to go through but it’s almost over

My situation is a bit different but in a way relates to yours. My parents were taken from me at 19 and forced to go back to Mexico ... I chose to stay in the US by myself because at the time I had just gotten approved for DACA. It was so hard and I would cry and stress out all the time. I had to grow up over night. I was literally a 19 yr old not knowing what she was doing I was just thrown into the real world over night ...Definitely one of the hardest things my family and I have been through. I have not yet been able to see them since then 💔 it's been 6 yrs ... but I hope to see them soon.

I got deported 7 years ago.Lived in Texas since I was 3 and a half years old, it is hard af to live in Mexico. They gave me a 10 ban from the U.S after that I can apply for a pardon and if I get it I can go for my papers. Mexico is not the same to come visit as to if you live here, and you are soooo right the news will never say all the truth.....May god bless you❤

I also went thru the same situations from 2012 to 2013 i went to Michoacan a i stayed with my husbands family for 6 months and i love that they help me and made me feel welcome but i didn’t wanted to be there because i felt so far way from my family and husband so i moved to Ensenada and i rented an apartment and i was leaving by myself and my anxiety was horrible i cried every night and just thinking about it makes me cry.
