I really like that Trent not only explains how the car can be safely adjusted to meet individual needs but also breaks down costing and things so his kids understand 'hey if this wasn't dad selling us a car, here's how not to get ripped off'
They are Blessed to have parents who can afford to buy cars for their kids when they turn 16. Not all parents who can afford to do so, will even do this. We all had to buy our own.
All three of my boys was given their first cars however they were all about a 1yr or 2 older then them. We made sure they ran good and were safe but we wasn't going to go in debt for their first car.
Every car salesman can buy a car at the best possible price with 0 down and 0% interest especially if it's a TV SHOW

The "trunk" sold me. Very important for them to be able to open/close safely. Great gift. Kids were so appreciative.

I have this car and I love it. It is loaded and a Titanium and mine wasn't 33,000. They got taken. This car is awesome and I am 73. Looks just like mine. Mine was brand new when I got it in 2020 with 8 miles on it.

That was great of them as parents to do that for their kids. However did he say 33k for an Ecosport with 80k plus miles? Those things brand new weren’t even expensive. A decent trim with rebates was like 19k 😂😂 In 2020
Fr I just leased out a brand new at the time so a 21 Honda Civic with 7 miles on the odometer for 26,000. Dad got ripped. I’m sure the show is chipping in, at least one would hope 😂

They got ripped off. First of all in Georgia you do not need a 4x4. During this car shortage you can buy a 2019 or 2020 Honda FIT that gets 40 mpg with less than 20,000 miles for $20,000.

This was probably filmed 4-6 months ago. This is not a car, and is called a compact suv. He obviously got the price for almost trade in anyways probably. Yea, any suv price is still somewhat high.

It really bothers me the way folks simply assume that Trent & Amber dislike their daughter, Anna. These comments are atrocious regarding the way they treat the “Russian girl”. Anyone who’s watched the show from season 1 will see that Anna had behavioral challenges that forced her parents to be a bit more stern with her. The relationship has improved with Anna as she’s gotten older it seems. Anna also has to understand that parents aren’t always going to be fun and playful with her. It requires her to make better choices and the parents as well. Stop all the bashing of Amber and understand that she’s trying her best to position her children for success!

I got a car. Last July. Its an older car with low mileage. It was 13k but this was the best my fam could do price wise. Car prices have been skryocketing. But i will say ny family never has and never will buy 30k dollar car.
