Hows the dozer coming. I have the same machine. The oil in the clutch housings is usually from the clutch master cylinder piston's o-rings wearing out. I just did both clutch packs, brake bands, master (slave?) cylinder o-rings and new hoses in the clutch housings.
unfortunately, as soon as I got it all opened up, the customer who had left it to work on sold the machine. I will be getting into a john deere 450c that I just bought instead. The only positive was that I was able co cancel the parts that I had ordered for it.
