As there's no rest it's an honourable duty where if you need money there's no place in it and no rest time as my uncle is a doctor and he says that i had to go for emergency case on my daughter's wedding day i can't refuse my patients . And it's a lot of hard work throughout the day. If you are not motivated enough for working our maybe serving your country's people then you should not take it , it will be wasted
