Butcher J ordered that the First Defendant shall be committed to prison for a period of 24 months. The Court provided a non-binding indication that, of that 24 month custodial sentence (i) 18 months is punitive, and (ii) 6 months coercive so as to encourage compliance with the asset disclosure obligations in the WFO and Continuation Order.
The Second Defendant shall be committed to prison for a period of 24 months. The Court provided a non-binding indication that, of that 24 month custodial sentence (i) 18 months is punitive, and (ii) 6 months coercive so as to encourage compliance with the asset disclosure obligations in the WFO and Continuation Order.
