That was one of the most biased series ever, the refs ( surely under league orders) did everything they possibly could to screw the Oilers.

Both the goalie interference plays were the right call, but the fact that Ekholm got a penalty from the second one is laughable.
I think they gave the penalty to stop players from running into the goalie. That play happened like a minute after someone else just ran into him. Seemed like a call to try and prevent aggressive play from progressing.
@1:09...How is it possible that the ref doesn't see Vermette crosscheking Fisher AND holding his jersey in front of the net?

It will get worse, as the refs are under orders to make the games as exciting (close) as possible and the series go as long as they can.Now that the Preds have a 2-1 edge, the calls will become even more ridiculous. Goon tactics are all that is keeping the Ducks in the games. They don't want Nashville on the power play every 5 minutes, so the refs let the Ducks goon it up.
Without Gibson this game would be a blow out.
This is both a tough loss and a bad loss for the Ducks. It's tough because John Gibson played his butt off; it's bad because the Ducks were bailed out TWICE by goalie interference calls and still they can't win. If the Preds win game 4 Anaheim might as well stand in the doorway.

They call it "playoff refereeing", when the rules are "relaxed" to make the games more exciting and get the fans hysterical. If the refs called everything on the ice, it'd be one long four on four and three on three game.

Good God, enough of these shit goals by the Ducks. Two the other night that should never have gone in and the one last night from Perry. Thankfully the Preds kept outplaying them and finally won. 1st goal called back was borderline, the Pred player was pushed into the net. The second goal called back was goaltender interference. Pred are the faster more skilled team and should win the series.
