I love Rock Bottom, absolutely fantastic LP, his fragile voice is one of a kind. Never made the Radiohead connection though. Strangely enough I don't have a single Radiohead album, I saw them live a few month after the Pablo Honey release in 93. They played on the smallest stage on the festival, no one knew what was coming.
