I live close to Inlet Harbor and bought a bottle of the Nashtucky 8 year. I also am a Bookers fan. The Nashtucky is one of my favorites. I finished my first bottle and bought two more. It fits my preferred palate profile perfectly. Love your reviews.

I like the whiskey cart. It's a nice visual touch for the channel seeing some whiskey bottles in the background.
Yesterday at the liquor store I happened across the new Chattanooga Spring 2020 BiB. (Have never seen a Chattanooga BiB in my area before. It was in a locked case and only one bottle of it; maybe it's allocated in my area.) Without even looking at the bottle I recalled we had talked about this only having 30% SB091 so I couldn't bring myself to take the chance.

NBC is pricy but has some killer picks. I loved the Nashtucky 11yr rye I’ve tried this year.

Thanks and yeah I would say from memory it is but it’s not as good as say the Maryland heritage series which was less msrp wise and older.

Glad you enjoyed the Nashtucky! I paid a bit over 100 for it, and have zero regrets. I wouldn't buy another because I value my marriage (and my life), but the experience was worth what I paid. It is better than any Booker's I've had. The dusty peanut, oak, plus sweetness is a combo that really hits all the right notes for me. Cheers.

I was able to get the 9 year Nashtucky(Bookers). It is a good bottle. I tend to like Bookers more than most people it seems. Nice review.

Bulleit 12 year Rye is $54 at Total Wine. I’m not paying $300 for the Owl.
