!!!!!!!!! Reverse single crochet has been my nightmare stitch for so very long! I watched you in slow motion!!! Omg! I got it!!! Woot. I always tried to pull my yarn through both loops at the end of stitch. I finally noticed you did NOT!! Wooooooot!!!! Thank you!!!!!!
I’ve been struggling with this too! Idk why but I’m not understanding how to do the white crochet lines that look like icing on the walls. Have you made it this far yet? Thank you 🥺🥺
Ok trying to help. First thing I want you do a you tube search for a crochet picot stitch. This will help you understand the next part. START chain 11. Row one: skip first chain SC in next 10 chains. Row 2: working in back loops only. Chain 3 slip st. In first chain. This makes a picot stitch!!! Skip next stitch and slip st in next and chain 3 in same st. And then slip st in first chain. Picot made! Skip next slip st in next and chain 3 and then sl. St. In first chain. 5 picots made in row 2. Row 3: in the front loops we skipped in row 2 is where we will be working. Check one then 10 SC total for this row. Row 4 we want to stagger the shingles for the roof. Slip stitch in back loop of first stitch. Chain3 , slip st in first chain. Skip next chain slip stitch in next BACk loop. Chain 3, sl. St. In 1st ch. The last stitch in this row will be only a slip stitch. 4 picots made for this row! Now turn. Row 5 chain one and in front loops of last row we do 10 single crochets. Row 6,7, 8,9, repeat rows 2,3,4,5. Row 10 this is last row so no need to work in back loops only. Chain 3, sl. St in first chain. Skip one sl.st. in next. Do chain 3 and so st. In first chain. Let me know if I've messed up and you can't understand me! My first time explaining to someone
Thank you for this adorable pattern! I actually find you very easy to follow! Sorry to anyone who doesn't! I'm rather new to Amigurumi; But, not new to crochet. I've actually saved your pattern. With my own notes on your roof. Lol now that would confuse most if not all! I made photos.
Struggling with the roof… anyway you could write out the pattern for this bit? Thank you, this is such cute gingerbread house would love to be able to finish mine ❤️
I'll try but it's difficult to understand in writing. I'll include it in the descriptions. If you're findings it too difficult you can do 6rows of ordinary single crochet. That will look good too💗
@@kondyliamartzakly4752 you can use either school glue or fabric glue. Since there's cardboard inside you can't really wash it so any kind of glue is fine💗
Great! I usually include a written pattern in the descriptions but this has so many little components I didn't know what to write. So I just wrote the pattern for the walls
@@cutecrochet it’s a lovely pattern and it must have taken you a long time. I make them to give to my local hospital charity. So,thank you for making it free.
Great Video.... I really must learn to crochet by Christmas - This is Lovvvvely, Thank You❤❤❤
You should!! Crochet is the best💗💗

@babybluewillow12 if you're finding the reverse single crochet difficult you can just do normal single crochets. That will look good too

I am completely lost on the wreath. I’m so confused what is happening lol
@@ilybarbiegirl if the reverse single crochet are too confusing just do normal single crochets instead. That will also look good but a bit flatter 💗
@@cutecrochet ok I might do that. Thank you!

A pity there is no written pattern as this is hard to follow
I can write it out for you. Which part are you having difficulty with?
Thank you for answering. I have managed to do it.

That's such a nice thing to do! It did take a long time to perfect this pattern, took almost my entire winter break 😅
