As a long term crocheter, I can assure you that these images may well be AI, but someone with the right skills could easily make some of these. I've made crocheted sandcastles and rose bushes that people mistook for real. My next project is a crocheted wheelchair for the 2024 christmas window display in the shop where I work. We're recreating Dickens' A christmas carol but with a modern twist. Tiny Tim is going to have a prosthetic leg and will be sitting in the wheelchair with his leg beside him. By the way, the shop I work in is for a charity that supports disabled people and their families, so the window display ties in with that. Looking at these images, I'm tempted to make a few of these myself, especially the gingerbread cottages and some of the fairy houses.

I don't think AI knows how to knit, let me explain, as a knitter for more than 50 years I know when to increase or decrease to create a specific effect, and I see in every little house just that, the exact amount of stitches where they're supposed to be. if you know , first how to croche, to knit, embroider and above all,design you are going to make sense of this gorgeous little pieces of art. Whether you have a trained eye or you just know how to croche or knit, you'll recognize the so familiar stitches you already know. Pay attention to little details like the stars, leaves, mushrooms they are executed the way they should be, both, the stitches and rows are so clear that you can count them, and AI images are recognizable for its blurry effect. The only really difficult part, in my opinion, are the tree trunks, those I've never seen before but maybe because I've always been focused on knitting garments. Having said that, let's assume that in fact those are AI generated, you still can make then, see for example the beautiful watermelon houses, those are the easiest, maybe not for absolute beginners but with a little skill and lots of patience you can certainly make them. The final details are to stiff some of the pieces with corn starch, other pieces just require synthetic filling and few embroidery stitches here and there. I really want to make one of those beauties. I absolutely loved this video, thank you so much for bringing beauty to the world, that's a great service to humanity. 🙏😊
