What an amazing thorough professor. Why can't all professors be this good? My A&P professor lectures for 5 hours and I still can't understand what he is talking about and that is after I read the textbook. This woman lectures for just a little over an hour and I got everything she said. THANK YOU!

God bless you! You are absolutely amazing!! My current a&p2 teacher is awful and I've often had to let out a few tears. But you make everything so clear and easy to remember. I wouldn't be passing a&p if it werent for you! I listen to your lectures constantly! I wish you had the lymphatic/immune system. Thank you for encouraging me to not give up on a&p. You have truly saved my life.

Seriously so thankful! even though these videos are older, it still follows exactly what I need to know for my final in a week! I wish you could post more for A&P 2 that I plan to take next semester because I'd like to follow you for the rest of my life! Thank you so much for this!!!!!

Hi Jennifer! Thank you so much for your kindness!! I am so happy you have been helped! The videos that begin at chapter 18, 23, 24, 26, 28 and 29 are all A&P II material. Please feel free to email anytime you have questions at anatomygmc@yahoo.com. Also for those far away that I can't help in person I have published a study guide available in ebook and paperback format on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.com entitled, " Making Anatomy and Physiology Easy by Tiffany Shepley James." Best wishes to you!

Thank you for teaching in a way that I understand! You taught me in 1 hour and 13 minutes what my instructor couldn't in 4 hours! Ugh...I really appreciate the help.

I too have an exam tomorrow morning and after reading text books and re-listening to my professors lectures over and over again I thought I knew the material, until I stumbled onto your video. This 1 hours video made me understand the respiratory system better than 2 weeks of class lecture and self study. Thank you

I haved looked at every one of your videos according to each topic in A&P 2 and have scored wonderfully on every test due to your lectures!!! Unfortunately, I didn't see a Immunity video and my test score was much lower than previous tests. You explain the material so much better than most professors!! I want to thank you for helping me understand the material.. I will continue to look at your videos for reference throughout RN school. YOU ROCK!!!!!

Hi Danielle, Imagine if the trachea didn't have this cartilage, it would be a soft floppy tube that might stick together and make it hard for you to breathe. With the cartilage rings (think of them kind of like little bones--even though they aren't made of bone) that keep their shape and hold the walls of the trachea out to keep it from collapsing. Does that make sense?

Around 39:00 when you talked about the function of surfactant. Is decreasing the surface area totally true? Isn't it more so decreasing the surface tension of the alveoli therefore lowering the pressure so the sacs do not collapse? LaPlace's Law.
