officer used to be my main but i have a newfound appreciation for the assault and specialist and lets just say the heavy was my main since launch but then those overpowered officers won me over but i think it's about time i tried the heavy class again.
the new heavy blaster is one of the best in the game. a three shot burst can kill an infantry. its actually disgustingly good

anon d Doesn’t hurt to have the option but for me and my play style, no. Over heats in like 3 bursts but it’s pretty good up close giving you the option to one burst enemies. I also find it hard to control the weapon while having burst on. On top of that when you fire one burst you have to wait way longer to fire the second burst unlike the A280 where you can spam fire it

Every single cosmetic from the clone wars era makes the heavy look like the bad ass he deserves to be. I choose the 501st skin because its the god damn 501st legion. Hevy, Echo, Rex, all of them who were so dear to us in the Clone Wars are part of that.
Hevy...never wore 501st armor...

@@wolfreese8817 ever since they nerfed the Arc Trooper, the assassin droid is the best infiltrator imo. Especially due to his melee.

Aleksander _ It’s easy to stay alive if you’re good at killing the other guy first, hence why the nade launcher exists. Shield makes you sacrifice zoom too. I always laugh audibly when I’m being shot from across the map by some dude using a combat shield. I really don’t get the thought process there..but anyway I bust out the supercharged sentry and show them how a real heavy plays 😂
Aleksander _ I’ve had people run or dive away from my grenades while they’re using the shield too. It wastes the shield so you’re honestly better off staying and dealing some damage before you die than running and dying. In both cases the combat shield guy never beats me unless I’ve already taken damage or I’m being double/triple teamed. I run ion weapons on all my non heavy classes though so maybe I’m at an advantage against shields
thats why i crouch when i use a combat shield then its impossible to get shot from the front
This is the equivalent of watching bob Ross paint idk why but it was just relaxing to watch.
450 lvl heavy main here, so trust me when I say combat shield is not fair

An officer's Disruption card can easily counter the heavy's shield

Isandrooo dude there are plenty of officers that run it. I’ve had officer disrupt me then use recharge command to do it again cause they couldn’t kill me 🤦🏼♂️

I love the heavy class so much more with the T-21 being added. It's so unique and quite powerful
@@aleksander_9927 it honestly depends on the map. I usually use TL-50 but on more open maps i use the T-21. They're both really fun to use

I love the new gun the heavy has. I still use the Iden gun for close quarter maps

But seriously, the heavy is the best class. He can be a better team player than officer at times, his sentries although nerfed are still insane in the right placements. Each gun has a use compared unlike the other classes. The DC-15LE with explosive shot is great for hereos and cover. The FWB with ION is great for objectives. TL-50 for killstreaks, and the T-21 is an all around god gun. Their star cards and overall survivabilty makes them almost OP if not for the assault and specilaist speed ability.

The super charged sentry is bugged and last a long time. So they are back to their full potential.

T-21 is the best heavy weapon in my opinion, has crazy damage output against everything, and if it had an Ion attachment it would be the best weapon in the game overall.
Best part is that it’s still an incredible weapon without the attachments.
So yesterday I was on kessel in the imperial side, and holy crap I was just mowing people down with the heavy. Like they would all bunch up in the hallways making a bottleneck and it was just carnage.
It surprised me at first when not every one used heavy when I got into the game because to a noob like I was the sheer health and explosives was tempting.But now I have a now appreciation for the other classes and use them all often

Heavy truly is the best class in the game. I'm not kidding, the heavy class needs more credit as it has such a high skill ceiling and when learned it is the best class in the game.

I wish the clone heavies could hold the DC-15 at the shoulder rather than at the hip. I get that is full-auto, but maybe if there was a semi-auto mod in the future.

I'm always top on the list, last night was 134 kills which is around my average game. Some times I'll go as a super battle Droid or whatever.

Correction: Heavy now has the *best gun* in the game.
Counter argument: Assault is the best class when using Assault Training star card for health on kill, and Toughen up star card for overall heals. Tl;dr : HEALS
Conclusion: Assault best class for survivability.

T-21 is the king of blasters
I think the way spawning works is it checks if you are in a zone where there will be a lot of combat, ex objectives. If so, you can’t spawn
I've been a heavy class from day one 👍 always been my preferred class!
Heavy is great. I love GA with heavy in skinny corridors with 4 grenades and a huge weapon to clear them out. However I prefer assault. It may be the MVP of most matches, but I find it the most fun because of how versatile it is.

I play mainly CO-OP and let me tell you, the heavy is the go-to class when it comes to that game mode. Hell, the heavy was practically built for that mode in my opinion.

I don’t think I’ll ever really enjoy the heavy class. Yes they have an amazing new gun but thats the only thing I really like about them. I’m more of a hit and run player where I go in fast, deal damage, and get out and the heavy doesn’t fit that play style well. That’s just me though. In all fairness I don’t think there is a definitive best class, as it all comes down to the player.

I only used heavy for the longest time bc it was the only class I had gotten better guns for. Then the A280 changed my life 😂
Im not going to watch the vid but I agree with title 100%. It also depends on the gamemode/stage/map. But overall you find me as heavy carrying the entire team.
Heavy has always been the best, the first order gun shoots long range, dc-15 with explosive is good, the machine guns got buffs, can get lot of points shooting at objectives

Anybody who disagrees that the heavy is the best class, their favorite Star Wars character is rose.
Each class has merits, the Heavy has no long range capability and the only way they can heal in combat is pulling out the sentry where the Assault has toughen up and the officer can pop battle command. I love all the classes but the heavy is so based on dps that other classes should be used in certain situations. And Rose is awesome, best Star Wars character...

Swany you are entitled to tour opinion and how you play however I hate that fact that you use the T-12. I don’t mean to be heated but like I have unfortunately found a newfound hatred for the heavy for this blaster. It’s godly and I hate it. But I’ll just a salty lvl.400 assault so I’m just upset I can get two shot by a heavy especially in long ranges.

Heavy's DLC-15 and TL-50 are too weak. DLC needs a buff in speed and slower overheat. TL-50 secondary fire is trash, which is why nobody uses it. We should get at least 2 shots before overheat. It also needs to be as good as it was in BF1.
any tips for s.o. who doesn't know how to play?
Level 75 or almost 80 Heavy use barrage, reduce all cool downs, and anti armor mod, have 45+ skill points and refuse to use any other skills for my Heavy, he is too fucking good just the way he is muahahahaha
For someone who doesn’t play a lot of GA, would you say to not use the sentry ever or?

It does kinda bother me you barely use the sentry it's a pretty good long range tool and the mobile sentry you can be pretty evasive with especially when pushing corridors and it heals you then you could use the DC-15 with explosive shot for excellent mid range potential
Am I a veteran for using only the specialist and getting the hero first?
