Great season start, and a Suzuki with the Red plate with there "dinosaur" 🦕 bike huh guess its still just as capable as the rest of the bikes at the highest level makes you wonder how a carbed like 2008 450f would do in a race against the new bikes. 🏁🔥
This win was all Deegan needed to get back in the game. I’d say he has the starts figured out. Two great starts that night. The bike is obviously working better too. If juju has to race the Deegan from SMX, I’d say he’s in trouble. That Deegan demolished the class in outdoors and won 5 of 6 SMX playoff motos, and that was against the entire 250 class. This kid is lethal when he’s confident. I actually prefer to see him struggle and then rise to the occasion. That’s life. It’s a journey. The first two races will help him learn a lot going forward and how to work through difficult obstacles. On another note, who thinks the Club MX bikes look a million times better now that they aren’t mostly white???

It’s mostly about who’s the most mentally tough. You have to take your mind game shots when you can. In Deegan’s case…?? He does it on the mic. Which is fine. This sport needs a villain that has the potential to be the best. It’ll make it even more exciting if he succeeds in the 250 class and enters the 450s with the pedigree that Jett had (or at the very least… close to what Jett had. That dude is a freak). Deegan is actually a really good kid. He says things (these are his words btw) to get people talking. Doesn’t mean that’s who is he at the core.

Deeg only won 3 rounds of mx. Those 250 guys were cartwheeling every round, including Deegan. The two fifties were a joke last year.
