I'm sorry to hear that, try doing a Chrome OS update by following these instructions support.google.com/chromebook/answer/177889?hl=en and if that does not work the wireless chip inside the laptop itself might be damaged, if you are able to open the laptop it is not hard to replace a wireless chip.
