Failed to login on new portal of self paced module ICAI [SPOM] | How to solve the issue

Dear Sir/Mam,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been encountering while trying to access the new ICAI portal, specifically at the URL lms.icai.org/login.
Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to successfully log in to the portal using my credentials. Each time I try to access the portal, I am met with an error message indicating that my login credentials are incorrect or that the login process has failed.
I have ensured that I am entering the correct username and password associated with my account. Additionally, I have attempted to reset my password following the provided instructions, but unfortunately, this has not resolved the issue.
As a CA Final student of ICAI, access to the portal is crucial for me to complete my assessments. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
For your information here, I am mentioning some proof and credentials for your reference.

I have completed 2 chapters. now suddenly classes not moving forward. I tried to ensure light on face but still class is not showing as complete. I repeated twice the same class. But still not
marking it as complete.
Any suggestions please.

Mai 1 week se loging try kr rha hu but "Empowered xlp loading......" Show ho rha hai.
Maine bahut sara mail kr chuka hu but koi respond nahi de rhe hai.
Kya ye babasir bana diya hai icai😡😡

You can again send the email for resolving the same and also you can try by clicking on forgot password

I MAILED ICAI AND MY LMS PORTAL GOT RESOLVED BUT NOW WHEN I AM TRYING TO LOGIN SPMT SITE....IT's SHOWING THAT WE CANT LOCATE YOUR RECORDS....AND TECHNICAL TEAM IS NOT SOLVING THIS .....WHAT SHOULD I DO...PLEASE HELP
