Mangalore tiles keep the house cooler than Kerala tiles. We used Kerala tiles first, got it removed after 6 years and now using Mangalore tiles. In our ancestral house Mangalore tiles are is in good condition even after 60 years.

Mangalore tiles are not polished and look rough, but it helps in quick removal of heat from your house. Don't buy products from sellers who doesn't give proper information. AAC are worst since waste is more Mason should be pakka otherwise money wasted on cement gum costumer than cement. Always go for normal bricks 🧱
