- We gave our 16 year old motorhome a much needed extreme makeover for our family of six! We will take you step by step through our transformation process while trying to stay on budget. I wanted this RV to feel like a cozy home on wheels, so that when we go on family road trips we can travel in comfort.

Mom tip for dirty laundry in a small RV.. i use one of those large blue ikea shopping bags and it fits perfect in the tub of the RV! I throw all of the kids dirty camping clothes right in there even wet bathing suits and towels! The bag is waterproof and is open enough on top to not cause mildew and when you need to shower just lift up with the handles and move away or easy carry away to wash! Also Walmart has suction hooks in the RV section that suction to the outside of your RV to hang wet towels! Those two hacks have been life savers for us while camping with kiddos!

When you were opening up the cabinets it took be back to our motorhome days when I was younger and they had little roller latches on all the cabinets-so it made a snapping sound each time you closed it! I don't have kids and never wanted but I love to follow Moms who are organized and teach their children good manners. I saw in another video you saying:" kids can reach the candies easily-with permission"! Is an inspiration so I can get out of my depressive state and start to be productive ! Amazing transformation. Mostly neutrals, won't look dated five years later. Textures and cheerful tiles keep it homey and interesting. Easy to clean and well organized. Lucky children, wish my parents had done something similar. TFS, Happy adventures.
