And if you wanna feel lucky look at older japan , when the pitchers threw 300+ pitches daily . granted those conditions gave us players like ichiro , shohei , darvish, yamamoto , ect but it also killed a lot of promising careers cause they blew their arms out / injured themselves in the koshin

Catching is hard😂 I’ve never had to catch anything harder than 83 in a game and nothing harder then 92 in a bullpen but even low 80s fastballs can be tough in-game especially with a lot of movement or with runners on!

I’ve coached travel for many years and have more than my fair share of “Scotts”… Dads that can’t even throw a ball, much less hit or catch, and are still all over their kids…it’s comical ! Every loud mouth baseball dad should have to do this, or shut up and let the kids play and the coaches coach ! lol
