EVERYONE needs yoga in their lives. Yoga is not a religion. Yoga is about bringing a conscious practice to every dimension of life. Yoga is about turning the body, emotion, mind, and breath to Allah in every moment, not turning attention to millions of different gods. It doesn't matter what you believe, Yoga is for EVERYONE.
Yoga means Union with God and so Tawheed measn the same namelijk to make One with Allah.. Salaah is likely Surya Namaskar.. The onley thing is that many in hinduisme do not believe in One God.. but in many! Iesa moi
Yoga is olde than 5000 years ago and surya namaskar so far i can see Salah is that practice too etc .. Muslims in my optiek must overthink this all if yoga is good or not .. So far I believe Dr Zakir Naik is not really able to tell The Truth of Yoga .. Just a fraction on Vivekanda is only consider by me truthfull said by DR Zakir Naik .. Who Am I to say this dr Zakir must question too just like all other moslim speekers in the world today!!!!! Salam Alaikum!!!!!

I Don't do yoga, but I do passive stretching. That makes difference
Doing physical exercise is encouraged in Islam.

Yoga is just wasting of time. If someone need exercise there are many stretching practices.
