Thanks for sharing...I’m still in the process of trying to make my own videos. One thing though...do you have stabilization settings on your camera? The video was kinda hard to watch with the shaking. I use a pack strap mount and it not only is more stable...but also when I am looking around, or up and down quickly ...that’s not shown...
This one was made with an old GoPro and no in-camera stabilization. I used FFMPEG (within the mapflixer software) to stabilize. I think in-camera GoPro stabilizing works better. I've tested a chest-mount. But I think the head mount is better. I like being able to see where I was looking when I'm reviewing a course. Hopefully in-camera stabilizing will make a difference. But even with that, looking both ways before crossing a road is going to look bad on the video.
