Being a Pakistani I must say loved the conversation between both brothers. ❤ Or yar itni mithas dono k lehje main or chote bhai ki awaz bre se madham MASHA ALLAH
This is actually an easy and simple way to cook chevon - yet it turns out full of flavours. Also, the 1:2 ratio of cumin-powder and coriander-powder is the way to go for Indian meat dishes. 👍 P.S. My aunt is a very good cook and I follow a similar recipe... where everything (including mustard oil) is mixed with the mutton ( I personally deviate by caramelising the onions and mixing in ginger-garlic paste separately before adding the marinated mutton-mix; but she doesn't) and cooked together. The oil is tempered only with whole spices and bay leaf. And... salt and a touch of sugar are added soon after and let it all slow cook, covered. It's super-easy as one can just set the timer (37 mins) on an induction top at 100 watts. Always turns out super delicious and falling-off-the-bones tender.
Well done Viraj …last time I had ur brilliant chicken n mutton curry in February 2003 …at ur place…just after our imago diploma course with Barrys Imago …. I can tell by looking at this mutton that it’s scrumptious
What an awesome way of explaining the receipie. Very very professional. I am a maharastrian and j cook love cooking. I cook mutton too at home. In our community the mutton is a bit spicy typical mahastrian style. But I loved this receipie as well. We also try to roast some l grated coconut, onion, til, saunf,little dhniya seeds, make a paste of it which is brown in colour and we put it in the end and the cook it more. Diff ways of cooking.
