Food safety standards say you can't do that, without washing the ice cream scoop every single time, so no ice cream is left in the water, hence why this is preferred. Of course, because of allergies, there needs to be a separate scoop for every different flavor and since these are quite expensive, many places don't use scoops like these.
@@MrStoyan5every ice cream parlor I've been in has a running water container that they put their ice cream scoops in. So, yes, they do put the scoops in water between uses.
one reason you might not want to do that is because you introduce water (and thus ice crystals) into your stock ice cream every time you do that (unless you dry the scoop before scooping)
Am i the only one who didn't hear anything? edit- Listen guys, I made this comment way too late at night and my earbuds weren't in. I know I can just turn the sound up it was just funny to me when he shook it and I heard nothing lol
this is dump AF, modern ice cream are made with new formulas and they are easy to scooped right out from the fridge. i rmb some 7 to 10 years ago, when i get my ice cream out of the fridge, i have to leave it there for like 5 mins before i could scoop them because they are all forzen. and now, nearly all the brands of ice cream i have tried are very easy to scoop and and this heated scoop actually makes the ice cream melt faster than it should.
Bit of a miss info the warmnes it self is not the selling point zeroll has a heating element inside it when you shake it it activates Hance it beaing Warm
There's no heating element inside. 🤦♀️ 😅😂 Straight from Zeroll... "The Zeroll Aluminum Ice Cream Scoops have heat conductive fluid sealed within the handle."
@@diannawilliams6494 so what you just sayd is leggit "Heating element" the heating element i'm refering to is the fluid inside. The fluid is Thermoynamic as you hold it on ur hand it heats up just as a heating elöement would you are still saying the same thing just in a diffrent way osencially that is a heating element still :D
Normal scoops roll if you dip them warm water first

It's a shame that soft serve ice cream is the only ice cream I really like.
