My EB1 priority date filed under EB1A is Jan 2024 and I’m just concerned when it will become current or reach Jan 2024 or if there is a chance that it will get retrogressed again?

@vnarayan100 generally every year EB1 India get approximately 10,000 I140 approved. With 7% quota for Indians in EB1 is 2800 ignoring any spillover. 10000 I 40 will need atleast 20000 green card including dependents. Since December 2022 India was current and in Jan 2023 it was retrogressed to Feb 2022. Don't think application with priority date after Feb 2022 was processed by Dec 2022 as I 140 was not premium for EB1 then.
Final action date is applied and does not depend on the location. Also processing times vary per application. I was lucky but for my friend it took almost 8 months.
@@MeetPraneet I'm not sure if one can travel to US if I-140 is approved and waiting for cut off, so I think getting a L1 A visa for new office and then applying for EB1 while in USA can be fruitful. Do you deal with L1A visa too?

NVC applications can take longer! Please check with an immigration attorney who helped you file. Once your case is adjudicated you will have the decision.

There is no movement in the current bulletin. USCIS predicts some movement for ROW, Mexico and Philippines for Family based categories in coming bulletins.

Applications with priority date of Feb 2022 onwards are not yet processed. Don't think Jan 2024 will be current atleast in next 2 or 3 years

If you file I-485 from USA as compared to India, does the cut off date on VISA bulletin not apply? I see your application was approved in 65 days....

will f4 visa bulletin move 4 weeks next visa bulletin? because uscis predict 4 weeks move all rest of country

I am on Eb2.Will I be eligible to EB1? I heard that eb1 is very tough to get even if we have PhD.Is it true ?
Yes, you are eligible if you are in the niche covered by EB-1 and meet the set forth criteria and prove expertise in the niche.
