Bubble wrap use america bubble boy way better quality and great price and I am sure you could probably get an affiliate link with them and probably get it even cheaper
Videos like this are awesome to show the “boring” side of reselling. Thrifting and finding items to sell is the easiest and most fun part, but you can’t make money until you list and ship the goods.
I am already a part of the great Discord, but I think a video showing some examples of what is offered in the group. I have to say I look forward to it everyday. The wealth of knowledge in the group is amazing and everyone there has the best interest for the members.
Starting up my record label again. Mail order operation last time around was a COMPLETE disaster so I’m definitely learning some tips from y’all. Thanks a bunch for this content!
Oof, I'm a little later than usual. Great video! Definitely one I'll be coming back to in the future. I really liked seeing the different boxes you guys use and you put in them. Maybe you can do some shorts showing off a specific box and then show more detailed examples of what fits in each one? Like "This is Box 1! It's great for holding A, B, and C" I would make a playlist just for stuff like that!
Packed and shipped one item today. So…things are getting pretty serious 😅 Video Idea: Give reviews/feedback for your patreon supporters/viewers’ eBay stores. Live critique of pictures, pricing, descriptions, etc. That could be cool.
Great video! Thanks for the info. I can definitely incorporate some of the tips to be more efficient, and I also had no idea you could sort orders by anything other than username. I think a video on how to make better listings would be helpful. Tips, buzz words to use, etc. Could also include your end/sell similar listings for the day and your thought process that you go through while trying to improve each one.
Love the tips guys! Really like the second channel. A video on organization tips would be great 👍 I know that has to be a challenge with how much inventory you go through
Would like to see more breakdowns of the things you guys do. Like testing, cleaning, storage, pricing, work schedules. Pretty much anything you guys do business related. I struggle with keeping up with a lot of Ebay stuff because I have my 3 girls all the time and would love to see how you guys do things in more detail and hopefully be able to adopt some ideas.
A really great informational video.Skylar great job with the editing and the information you gave to us. Chase thank you for the information you gave to us in the video I am really glad you created this second channel it was a brilliant choice you have made to create it.
Love the videos on this channel, just as much as the other one. Always the best content! I try to model my business of yours. Keep it up. Sending many blessings to you and your family!
I really like your whatnot auctions watched a few other TH-camrs and they were charging double eBay prices. Nice info on 8x6x4 I've been using a lot of 9x6x2s for cib games. Also, use a lot of 10x13 poly mailers for 3 or 4 games that still can go, first class. Bubble wrap them together then bag them. And this will sound like a dumb suggestion for future videos but how to use the tape gun well. I ended up using a heavy tape dispenser to pull off tape because I was having to start sticking the tape with the gun by hand on the box and sometimes I wouldn't get tight seals or the tape would slip back onto the roll and Id have to try to run tape in the gun again.
Chase/Skylar, a quick suggestion. You have a lot of wall space. With these smaller products, knives, loose handheld carts etc. have you considered using pegboards and posts? You can label the end of the pegs and then label the bags of the item 1-whatever. This would then build into your SKU system and save time picking orders in future since it would be faster to index than digging through a bin or box. Again, this would help with smaller items. Most recent item listed goes on the front of the peg Z, and would be item (SKU-PBZ1). Each additional item entered onto the peg would just be the next number which could increase to infinity. This makes it so you never have to repeat a SKU number so there’s no confusion. Write number on bag or use label.
Nice sales I wanna learn how to ship things I have supplies including a label printer don't know how to use it really wanna start a business selling my Perler Bead Art
What brand of bubble envelopes are those out of curiosity? I buy many different types, but find that some of those bubble envelopes the quality is terrible and the insides are smaller than they promise (For example clearly not 6 inches inside). Keep it up.
Hi. Thank you for your great videos. I'm a subscriber. Please help me with this quick question... When it comes to selling items like that brand new sealed PS2 for $900 you guys sold of course we assume it's in there because we know it's sealed but what would we do as a seller if a buyer bought that and try to pull some BS saying there was nothing in the box or the box had bricks in it and asked for a refund and shipped it back to you ? Thanks. Anybody knowledgeable please reply soon.
If they decide to do that, it's very unfortunate. You would start a return, and potentially issue a partial refund. Ebay has some guidelines and help on this on their website.
@@catrpcrew ok nice thanks. So far so good though ? You guys have delivered hundreds of sealed items with no such issues ? Or have u had a few people return items claiming it wasn't in the box ? Thank u very much
One question I have with shipping multiple "cart" orders in the same box - how would you handle that if an item inside is damaged in shipping or the box is lost and you need to make an insurance claim on it? Do you overpurchase on insurance with the order you chose to print the label off of to cover the value of all separate orders packed into that box? (since you would have to have the eBay receipts of the orders to prove value.) I've contemplated how to do this in the past, but thought it would be easier to deal with from a paper trail standpoint to ship all cart orders separately. Hope I made this understandable.
There is a minimum threshold for items that I insure in shipping. So most items don’t need to be considered in doing this. But yes, it wouldn’t be a problem to buy insurance for the value of all the items in the box. Just make sure to upload tracking info on the other items as well
CATRP CREEEEWWWWWWWWWWW! Video idea - I do a lot of my own sourcing off eBay. I will find big lots and snag a good deal on it and break it down to sell individually and make profit. Might be cool to see you guys try this too!
Hey Chase. I recently dug up a huge amount of early Yugioh and Pokemon cards in great condition. Which app should I use to be able to quickly determine the individual values? Would it be worth it to get the heavy hitters graded to resell at a premium or will I get burned in the long run? And lastly, if I do grade the better cards, which company should I go with for YGO & PKMN? I have enough money that I could tie up 10-20K for a while if it would net me a better return.
There’s just certain types of knives that can’t be sold. Almost all pocket knives are good. You can google the list of knives that can’t be sold on eBay
Yes absolutely. For bigger items (size, weight or both) ups is usually a better option as far as price goes. We usually enter a guess for weight and dimensions before packing to see which Carrier it will likely be shipped with
Comment what kinds of videos you'd like to see here in the future! Thumbs up ideas you like!
Bubble wrap use america bubble boy way better quality and great price and I am sure you could probably get an affiliate link with them and probably get it even cheaper
Second American Bubble Boy. 4 175’ rolls for $39.99
Love the eBay shipping stuff! Possible video idea: Would like to see how y'all keep track of cost of goods sold and expenses and such for ebay!

As someone who sells on eBay I love this new channel. Between this and the regular channel you guys are probably my favorite thing on TH-cam.
Starting up my record label again. Mail order operation last time around was a COMPLETE disaster so I’m definitely learning some tips from y’all. Thanks a bunch for this content!
Glad it could help!
Awesome I was thinking today Id love to see a vid on shipping tips!! And here it is!

Love it. I also like seeing the team effort.

I NEED your videos!!! Any video you put out really keeps me motivated to put more work into my selling.

Love the black bubble mailers, I use them also.

I like the measuring tape on the table. I know it's simple, but very efficient.
Great video! I wish you big success on your what not auction. Thank you for all you do and all the knowledge you share. You guys are the best!

Fun suggestion. We have thought of a couple ways to utilize wall space a bit more, but I think we are just going to hold of until we build a barn.
If you like 8x6x4 boxes you will love 7x4x4. Usually will help keep things in a lower price tier.
American bubble boy is quite cheaper for bubble wrap. Plus they have an affiliate program. 🧐
Nice sales I wanna learn how to ship things I have supplies including a label printer don't know how to use it really wanna start a business selling my Perler Bead Art
HI... Just stopping by to show support to my fellow TH-camr / Reseller. Good Stuff!
video idea. How to use shipping labels or written adresses if you dont have one. How to weight and the settings for calculating shipping on ebay.
Would love a video about your merchandise management system
I bought that double arm holder off eBay, but that was years ago!
at 13:00 thers is some 3 white sheet on the left with check mark, what are they for ?
Not sure if its been asked but I personally would like to see some videos on bookkeeping. How you track you money/purchases and profits/losses.
i would love to know where to buy the double black arm for wrapping

I just started my ebay reselling journey! What do you do if you get minimal views on products? Do you just let it relist?
Thank you for sharing all the tips! God bless all :)
Wow 👌 awesome video
Great video! Do you purchase the extra insurance on high dollar items, since priority only covers $100 ?
I guaranteed get insurance for items over 1000. If between 200-999, I take it case by case

eBay solds and TCGplayer
Conker's selling for 420 is too perfect xD
We're not allowed to sell case knives on UK eBay or any other type of knife
Great videos by the way
Have you stepped away from selling toys with the monster video game collections that have come in lately?
For the right price we will pick them up, but we do not actively seek them out
That’s the way I ship mine to and my wife always says I’m wasting tape lmao
Do y’all do auctions or Buy It Now?
Typically all buy it nows. Though I am running a lot of pocket knife auctions right now
I heard somewhere you can’t sell knives on mercari and EBay? But I see you sold some, can you shed some light?
There’s just certain types of knives that can’t be sold. Almost all pocket knives are good. You can google the list of knives that can’t be sold on eBay
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Plug this back room operation stuff into my veins. Love it. #DiscordOG
OG FOR LIFE!
you blur out the bunny slippers
Can't let anyone see
👍😎👍😎👍😎👍😎👍😎👍😎👍😎👍

Great Video CATRP Crew! Question: Do you ever use any other shippers other than USPS and if you do, for what circumstances?
Yes absolutely. For bigger items (size, weight or both) ups is usually a better option as far as price goes. We usually enter a guess for weight and dimensions before packing to see which Carrier it will likely be shipped with
